  • Performance-related remuneration: We are based on the collective agreement of IG Metall Baden-Württemberg (metal and electrical industry). Our employees also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses.

  • Work-life balance: Our employees have a 36-hour week and 30 days' annual leave. Working hours are recorded via a long-term hours account.
