Our lightweight roller conveyors are made from our own TT aluminium profile system. Aluminium, often referred to as light metal, is a preferred material for roller conveyors and offers numerous advantages:

• Lightweight: With a density of approx. 2.6 to 2.8 g per cm³, aluminium is lighter than many other metals. This saves weight and makes the roller conveyors easier to handle and install.

• High strength: Although aluminium is lightweight, it still offers impressive strength and impact resistance. This means that aluminium roller conveyors can also be used for medium-heavy loads.

• Formability: Aluminium is easy to form and machine. This means that roller conveyors can be manufactured in various sizes and shapes to meet the specific requirements of different applications. Curved shapes can therefore also be implemented.

• Insensitive to temperature fluctuations: The material properties of aluminium remain constant in the temperature range from -80 to +150 °C. It is also resistant to UV radiation. It is also resistant to UV radiation.

• Aesthetically pleasing: Aluminium has an appealing aesthetic, which helps to ensure that the roller conveyors are also visually appealing and blend seamlessly into different environments. It can also be anodised and painted, which not only allows the external appearance to be customised, but also further improves corrosion resistance.
