Data protection information for the application process

Use of your personal data and your rights - Information according to Art. 13, 14 and 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

Dear Applicant,

In the following, we inform you about the processing of your personal data by (in the context of the application process and the rights to which you are entitled in this regard. Which data is processed in detail and how it is used depends largely on the services you have used.

We process personal data related to your application. This may be general personal data (such as name, address and contact details), information on your professional qualifications and school education or information on further professional training or other information that you provide to us in connection with your application.

The processing of your personal data is necessary in accordance with Article 6 (1) lit. b EU-DSGVO in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG n. F. for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or for the fulfilment of a contract to which you are a party, in connection with a potential employment relationship.

Your personal data will not be processed for any other purpose.

Recipients and categories of recipients of your personal data to achieve the purpose are or can be according to our current application process: Responsible manager, responsible supervisor, HR department.

At the TEGEL-TECHNIK GmbH it is neither given nor intended to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organisation.

As far as necessary, we process and store your personal data for the period of the initiation of the employment relationship. If an employment relationship does not materialise, we store your data for another 3 months after completion of the application process until it is deleted.

TEGEL-TECHNIK GmbH does not use any automated processing procedures, including profiling, to bring about a decision on the establishment and implementation of a contractual relationship (Art. 22 EU-DSGVO).

As a data subject, you have the right to

• Information pursuant to Art. 15 EU GDPR,

• Rectification pursuant to Art. 16 EU GDPR,

• Deletion pursuant to Art. 17 EU GDPR,

• Restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 EU GDPR and

• The right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 EU GDPR.

In addition, there is a right of appeal to a data protection supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 EU-DSGVO.

In principle, according to Art. 21 EU-DSGVO, there is a right to object to the processing of personal data by the (Here your company), if this is necessary for the protection of legitimate interests.

If you have given us your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to revoke this consent with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 7 (3) EU-DSGVO. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the time of the revocation is given.

In the event of fundamental concerns or complaints with regard to the processing of your personal data, you can contact the data protection supervisory authority responsible for the TEGEL-TECHNIK GmbH:

Within the framework of the contractual relationship with TEGEL-TECHNIK GMBH, you only have to provide those personal data that are necessary for the establishment and implementation of a contractual relationship or that TEGEL-TECHNIK GmbH is legally obliged to collect.

If the required personal data is not provided, TEGEL-TECHNIK GmbH cannot provide the respective services, e.g. the execution of the application up to a possible employment contract.
