Packed small parts are discharged from an existing machine onto the belt conveyor with an attachment belt. The belt conveyor transports them to another belt conveyor with integrated scales. The pack contents of the packed small parts are checked on the scales.

Packs with incorrect filling are ejected. Correctly filled packs are filled into the plastic container. When the fill quantity is reached, the container is transported to the collection point.

The plastic containers are transported via a roller conveyor which is driven by 24V motorised rollers.
