Feeding camshafts into robot cell
A recirculating chain conveyor with pendulum flaps, stopping and separating devices is used to cycle camshafts on workpiece carriers into a robot cell. The return takes place on the underside of the circulation system.
Telescopic fork for round materials in sanding cell
An extendable telescopic fork with prism mounts mounted on a sturdy steel frame travels on a rail system and thus enables the safe feeding of pipes weighing up to 130 kg - ideal for automated processes with robots and overhead cranes.
Chain conveyors for forklift cabins
Load carriers with cabins are transported by a carrying chain conveyor with turntable into a robot grinding cabin, where they are clamped and automatically discharged after processing.
Conveyor technology for Euro pallets to the robot station
Empty pallets are fed to the robot cell, aligned and loaded there and then conveyed to the removal point via stroke transfer unit and roller conveyor.
