Conveyor system for small load carriers (two levels, rotating unit, ascending belt)
Empty small load carriers are fed in two ways, aligned, rotated and transported to the upper level via an ascending conveyor. Manual and automatic filling takes place there with transfer to an accumulation roller conveyor.
Conveyor technology for plastic boxes with robot filling station
A combination of carrier chain conveyor and roller conveyor automatically transports plastic boxes to the robot station. Stroke transfer units enable direction changes.
Belt conveyor system with front belt and integrated scales
Packed small parts are weighed and checked. Incorrectly filled units are automatically ejected - precisely, reliably, including documentation.
Manual removal of filled containers
After automated filling, KLTs roll along an inclined idle roller conveyor to the removal point - ergonomically optimised for further manual processing.
Zero pressure accumulation basket buffer for punched parts
Stainless steel baskets are automatically filled and exchanged on a mobile roller conveyor with seven individually controlled positions - without interrupting the punching process.
