Conveyor technology for wash basket transport in car manufacturing
The system includes roller conveyors, vertical conveyors, lifting transfer units and telescopic insertion devices to efficiently transport the washing baskets with vehicle parts and feed them safely into the industrial washing machine. After the washing process, the baskets are returned and unloaded.
Conveyor technology for brake drum transport in car manufacturing
We developed a customised conveyor system for the transport and precise positioning of brake drums with different diameters to a handling unit. The brake drums are first fed via an accumulation roller conveyor, separated by means of stopping and separating devices and then brought into a centred position via a special design with specially manufactured, hardened support rollers.
Conveyor technology for pallet cages in a pipe trolley system
With this conveyor technology, mesh boxes are fed via an accumulating roller conveyor and pushed into the tubular trolley system by specially developed lifting transfer units. They remain there until they are removed, with the design ensuring precise positioning and a secure hold of the mesh boxes.
