Giengen an der Brenz, May 2025 - At the 20th careers information fair in Giengen TEGEL-TECHNIK once again presented itself as an innovative and committed training company. The trade fair appearance was planned, organised and implemented entirely by the company's own trainees - an impressive example of active promotion of young talent and practical training in the technical field.
TEGEL-TECHNIK at the Giengen 2025 careers information fair: Innovation meets training
Experience apprenticeships live at TEGEL-TECHNIK
With an interactive exhibition stand, TEGEL-TECHNIK showed how exciting technical professions can be. The centrepiece was a conveyor system that distributed giveaways at the touch of a button. Visitors could choose from four high-quality giveaways via a touch panel - the selection was automatically transported to the pick-up point via pneumatics and conveyor technology.
The trade fair model was not only designed and manufactured by the trainees, but also well thought-out in terms of safety: a transparent polycarbonate enclosure ensures protection and at the same time allows a 360° view of the technology.

Technology you can touch: Insight into electronics and mechanics
In the lower area of the plant, interested visitors were also able to see the complete electrical system and wiring - a practical insight into the training professions of industrial mechanic and electronics technician. This gave the visitors a realistic picture of how modern machines are constructed and what skills are taught during training.
Team spirit and personal responsibility of the trainees
The commitment of the trainees deserves special mention: Not only the organisation of the trade fair - from the idea and planning to the design and selection of promotional gifts - was in their hands. Even trainees who were not officially scheduled for the trade fair came voluntarily to experience the results of their work live and to support the team on site. They answered questions, explained technical processes and showed how much passion and initiative went into this project.
Sustainable training projects with a future
In future, the conveyor system will be regularly used in training and further developed. The result is a lively learning project that shows new facets at every trade fair - a prime example of sustainable and practical training at TEGEL-TECHNIK.
Conclusion: Young people need trust and responsibility
The project once again impressively demonstrates that today's young people are anything but lazy or listless - if you trust young people, give them responsibility and allow them creative freedom, the results are impressive. With their commitment, creativity and team spirit, the trainees at TEGEL-TECHNIK have shown what potential they have - and that they are ready to play an active role in shaping the future.
