Performance-related remuneration

We are based on the collective agreement of IG Metall Baden-Württemberg (metal and electrical industry). Our employees also receive holiday pay and Christmas bonuses.

Work-Life-Balance

Our employees work a 36-hour week and receive 30 days of annual leave. Working hours are recorded using a long-term hours account.

Long-term employment relationships
