TEGEL-TECHNIK as an employer
As a family-run company, we value flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes, which enables us to strengthen the expertise of each individual. As an apprentice, you are an integral part of our team. You will take responsibility for your own tasks and be integrated into the daily work routine. Thanks to our high level of vertical integration, you will work with different production departments and familiarise yourself with the individual areas. These include the machining, metalworking, welding, assembly and electrical departments. Together with trainees from different apprenticeship years, you will also take on cross-departmental projects, such as the planning and realisation of training fairs. It is important to us that you gain a comprehensive insight into the various fields of activity at TEGEL-TECHNIK.
Part of the training takes place at our training partners, the Voith Group in Heidenheim or the training centre of the East Württemberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Aalen. In this way, we guarantee you a wide-ranging training programme and contact with trainees from other companies.
We focus on the long-term training of skilled workers. That's why we offer our trainees a permanent position if they perform well. Even during your training, you will benefit from our benefits.
